Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and unopened

  • In its original packaging

  • With proof of purchase

Returns must be approved before sending any items back. Items returned without approval will not be accepted.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@kmtpharmaeg.com with your order number and photos.


Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used cosmetic products

  • Opened dietary supplements

  • Personal care and hygiene products

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards


Refunds

Once your approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
